LUNCH - Char-grilled Romaine and Chicken Salad.  Romaine lettuce drizzled with a balsamic reduction sauce and grilled for a split second.  We then cover the lettuce with grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, sliced onions, fresh basil, feta cheese and a olive oil and Balsamic Dressing.

SOUP - Cream of Crab.

DINNER - Garlic Shrimp & Spinach Salad.  Fresh spinach topped with roasted red peppers, sliced onions, diced tomatoes shredded parmesan cheese and shrimp sauteed in garlic butter.
